Hi Dmitri!
We've got the latest TechPLat(3.4) and phpED 3.3.3(build 3395) on Win32.

When I'm trying to check the version of the listener in phpED it says:
PHP DBG Listener, version 2.16.12
Here: http://www.php-debugger.com/dbg/downloads.php I can see that the latest version is
DBG 2.11.32

Q1: Any comments?

I've just downloaded and installed the latest version of DBG 2.16.20
and again at http://www.php-debugger.com/dbg/downloads.php I can see that the latest versions of DBG modules are 2.11.32

Q2: Any comments?

Probabbly you didn't read that page. There is quite clearly said:

Free version (2.11.x) is available on this site. It works with PHP Edit, PHP Coder and some other IDEs.
